Return policy

Need a different size? Need a differerent color? Don’t sweat it; we’ve got you covered.

During the holidays (Nov. 20-Dec.30th), we are extending our 30 day window to Jan 31st to exchange all of your non-sale holiday items! All items must be unworn and unwashed, with original receipt. 
Once we receive your package, your refund/exchange will be processed within seven business days.



How to return/exchange an item

All packages contain a return form. If you did not receive a return form, please download & print the return form here and include in your pagackage back to us.


1.We do not offer return shipping labels. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For International exchanges, shipping rates will apply for your new item.

2. Fill out your return form and enclose in outgoing package. Please send your package & completed return form to:

3. We use your feedback to perfect our fit and designs. Please share with us why the product didn’t work!

4. Requesting an exchange? Please be sure to list what item (name, size and color) you would like instead.

5. Your refund/exchange will be processed within seven business days, after receipt of your package.

When contacting us, be sure to have your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange ready.



Damaged product?

We stand by the high quality of our product and thoroughly inspect all new apparel, real people sew our clothing. Human error may occur in the production process. If you notice something wrong, please email us. We’ll send you a return label and ensure a quick and easy fix.

Email with the following:  

1. A picture of your damaged item

2. Your original order number

3. An explanation of what activity you were performing when you noticed the issue and any additional details
