Return or exchange your gear within 30 days from the day you placed your order. All items must be unworn and unwashed. 
Once we receive your package, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days.



Place your order online?

Fill out an RMA for a speedy online return/exchange.


1. Log into your GRACEDBYGRIT account. (Don’t have an account? Click here then follow steps 3-7 below.)

2. Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Returns/Exchanges.’

3. Select your order # and the items you would like to exchange/return from the order.

4. Let us know if you are exchanging or returning your item. Please give us full details in the comment section and let us know why the product didn’t work! We use your feedback to perfect our fit and designs. Requesting an exchange? Please be sure to list what item (name, size and color) you would like instead.

5. Once your return/exchange has been approved, you will be emailed an RMA # to include in your package. Please print out the RMA to include in your package with the GRACEDBYGRIT apparel you are returning.

Damaged product?

At this time we do not pay for return shipping labels unless your product is damaged or defected. We stand by the high quality of our product and thoroughly inspect all new apparel. Real people sew our clothing. Although we directly oversee every step of the production process, human error may occur. If you notice something does not stand up to our performance guarantee, please disregard the steps above and email us directly. We’ll send you a return label and ensure a quick and easy return or exchange.

Email with the following:  

1. A picture of your damaged item

2. Your original order number

3. An explanation of what activity you were performing when you noticed the issue and any additional details
